職位描述

Experience assisting in managing personal schedules, personal admin matters, booking air tickets,  hotel, personal property management, staff hiring, and helping the Managing Director with general administration.

Extensive experience in being a personal assistant, to provide administrative and personal support to the Managing Director, including:

  1. Managing personal schedules and calendars for both Managing Director and family
  2. Handling personal administration matters and property management
  3. Organizing travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, ground transport, activities)
  4. Drafting professional email correspondence with great grasp of Englisj fluency
  5. Supporting staff hiring and onboarding processes
  6. Assisting the Managing Director with general administration
  7. Handling routine accounting tasks and financial records
  8. Reviewing documents, highlighting key information, and summarizing for Managing Director
  9. Performing ad hoc duties as assigned

📌 Skills & Qualifications

  1. Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  3. Background in Law and basic accounts preferred
  4. Extreme fluency written, drafting verbal, and reading comprehension in English
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented
  6. Capable of multitasking effectively under pressure
  7. Strong computer literacy across office tools and platforms
  8. Flexible with working irregular hours when required
