Infrastructure Engineer
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and maintain core IT infrastructure: networks, servers, storage systems.
- Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and ensure stable operations.
- Install, configure and upgrade operating systems, applications, and databases.
- Implement data backup and recovery strategies, ensuring business continuity.
- Manage user access, permissions, and security compliance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system configs, and operation manuals.
- Provide support to internal departments and troubleshoot system-related issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure or system maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing/switching), and Linux/Windows administration.
- Familiar with server environments and tools like Apache, Nginx, MySQL, Shell, or Python.
- Experience in financial markets (precious metals, banking, trading) is a plus.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills in Cantonese and English; Mandarin fluency preferred.
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
IT Support Specialist
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain OS, office software, and commonly used applications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Deliver basic IT training to new hires and create user manuals or technical guides.
- Manage IT assets, including hardware/software inventory and licensing.
- Assist with data backups, IT security practices, and vulnerability scanning.
- Respond promptly to tickets, troubleshoot deeply, and document resolutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of technical support or helpdesk experience.
- Familiar with Windows/Mac systems, basic hardware repair, networking, and MS Office.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech users.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and committed to service excellence.
