Job Summary :

• Prepare and package samples for international shipping.
• Create orders using the ERP system.
• Arrange and manage documentation tasks.
• Supporting the merchandiser in daily operations
• Following up on orders to ensure timely delivery and availability of merchandise.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries

Responsibilities:

Education:At least Form 6 or above, including fresh graduates.

Skills:Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Interpersonal Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Work Style:Able to work independently and efficiently.

Attributes: Hardworking, self-motivated, gritty, and responsible.

Availability: Immediate availability is preferable.
