Engineer / Asst. Engineer - Installation / MOD Division (Ref: E/INT/MOD)

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate with clients and other divisions for material ordering, delivery schedules, site progress, etc.
• To prepare necessary project documentation for various submissions
• To monitor the progress of lift modernisation / installation works
• To monitor building construction progress and check openings during building construction stage
• To attends site and project meetings, and co-ordinates the work with owner, architect, consultants contractors, subcontractors and other involved parties at site.
• To manage and ensure the safety and quality of modernisation works performed by workers and subcontractors are up to standard and acceptable to the client.
• To perform other duties as when required

Requirements

• Diploma / High Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
• 3 - 5 years of  relevant working experience in Engineering, Construction or Building Services field is an advantage, preferably in lift industry
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good presentation and interpersonal skill
• Fresh graduate may also be considered
