Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling and promoting products (e.g. HPL, Cubicle System, Countertop Surfacing)
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers (Developers, Project Owner, Architects, Interior Designer)
• Lead and motivate specification team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, provide solutions and make specification
• Identifying new opportunities, strategies and market trends
• Work closely with team members to achieve sales target

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• At least 8 years of sales experience in building materials industry is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (in English, Chinese and Putonghua)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good presentation skills
• Proactive and aggressive with outgoing personality
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
