Assistant Merchandiser

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Form + Pac, a leading consumer products company. This full-time role is based in our Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District office. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our product offerings meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the Merchandising team in managing product assortments and monitoring purchase orders
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with the customer buying team to ensure timely and efficient product procurement
• Support the development and implementation of merchandising strategies
• Provide administrative support to the Merchandising lead

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a merchandising role, preferably in the homeware products industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office suite
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for homeware products and staying up-to-date with market trends
