Retail Specialist

Our client is a WORLD-renowned multinational technology company, best known for its consumer electronics. We are currently seeking a Retail Specialist. The details are as follows:


Objective: Monitor and support in areas that contribute to retail sales performance

Coverage:  ≤300 carrier POS

Location:Hong Kong
 

Project scope details:

1. Retail Perfomance Tracking & Digitalisation
   a) Roll out Retail Management System to carrier partners
   b) Analyze retail performance data, identify trends and areas for improvement; ensure healthy stock level at all stores
   c) Store visit - montior POS sales performance and maintain communication with store personnel
   d) Ensure online to offline (O2O) operation process smoothness
   e) Produce and distribute weekly reports on onine and retail performance, along with Market Intelligence insights
   f) Frequency WEEKLY& DAILY
    

2. Retail Programs Execution and Evaluation
   a) Oversee the execution and evaluation of Carrier programs, ensure alignment with business objectives
   b) Summarize results from all Ad Hoc programs in the Carrier's portfolio
   c) Plan, design, and implement Mystry Shopper programs to evaluate sales program effectiveness
   d) Facilitate focus groups with partners to gather feedback and insights
   e) Frequency PROGRAM PERIOD
    

3. New Product Merchandising
   a) Execute merchandising strategies for New Product Introductions within the Carrier Channel
   b) Collect and analyze in-depth market feedback following on all new product launches
   c) Frequency AT LAUNCH PERIOD
    

4. Requirement
   Experience : ≧5 years in retail operations
   Knowledge : Carrier business preferably
   Skills : MS Excel & Tableau usage
   Language : Cantonese, English
