System / Network Engineer

About the role

eBroker Systems Ltd is looking for a System / Network Engineer to join our friendly team in Tsim Sha Tsui. In this full-time role, you'll help keep our network running smoothly and securely, ensuring our business stays connected as we grow. Your skills will play a key role in driving innovation and supporting our success in the Fintech industry.

Responsibilities:

• To provide first level system and application support, conducting consultation service to clients
• To participate in the deployment of application systems
• Setup, trouble shooting and support network equipment
• Windows domain maintenance

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology related discipline
• Support or consulting experience with demonstrated customer handling skills
• Proficient in TCP/IP, MS Windows, Linux, network switch, network router, firewall administrative and configuration
• Knowledge and experience in finance trading solutions is preferable
• Self-motivated, analytical and creative mind and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in Mandarin/ English will be an advantage
