(Basic Salary + Allowance + Incentive)
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and all rounded hotline services, handle enquiries and promote unsecured loan products (card, personal loan, etc.) proactively via inbound and outbound channels
- Promote loan/insurance products when customer’s need are being identified to reach the sales achievement for the department
- Contribute to the achieving the section’s service and sales objectives
- Timely respond to customer’s feedbacks, drive for service improvement and better customer experience
Requirements:
- 24 hours shift required
- Working location: Kowloon Bay
- HKDSE / HKCEE or above
- 2 years loan sales experience in call center or direct sales
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
