Senior Manager, Finance

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of finance and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across financial processes and reporting activities while fostering operational synergy between HK and Macau teams
• Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and board materials in accordance with regulatory standards
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial guidance and support their operational goals
• Develop and present robust business performance analyses, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executives
• Identify and implement enhancements to the internal financial control framework, driving process improvement and operational efficiency
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes and provide relevant financial insights to support the executive team in business growth and decision-making
• Cultivate a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professionalism, and collaboration

• Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory bodies, and banks to streamline operations, enhance compliance, and support the Group’s strategic objectives
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Professional accounting qualification in HKICA/ACCA
• 15+ years of finance experience, with 8+ years in a leadership role within the financial / banking industry
• With exposure in Macau preferred
• Extensive expertise in all financial management matters, banking, taxation and legal requirements and governmental policies
• Strong organizational skills with perseverance and leadership acumen to work effectively with different stakeholders
• High integrity, a focus on governance, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with full professional proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential
• Travel to Macau is required
