Responsibilities:
§ Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to attract and secure B2C e-commerce clients in Western markets.
§ Build and nurture strong, lasting client relationships to drive consistent satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
§ Take full ownership of client accounts, prioritizing long-term engagement and ongoing support to ensure client success beyond the initial sale.
§ Collaborate closely with operations, finance, marketing, and IT teams to deliver seamless operations, exceptional client experiences, and strong internal alignment.
§ Proactively manage workload and priorities, with performance reviewed quarterly against key KPIs and adjustments made as needed to support success.
§ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously refine and optimize sales approaches.
§ Maintain an active and professional presence on social media platforms—including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X—to engage prospective clients and elevate brand visibility.
§ Provide accurate cost estimations for potential clients by collaborating with relevant teams and handling associated administrative tasks to support the sales process.
Training:
§ On-the-Job Training: Begin with an immersive introduction to e-commerce logistics through guided visits to various departments, gaining a clear understanding of end-to-end process flows.
§ Receive hands-on training in using our CRM system and proven strategies for client acquisition.
§ All training and ongoing support will be personally provided by your direct reporting manager, ensuring tailored guidance and comprehensive development every step of the way.
Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
§ 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or logistics is advantageous but not required—we are fully committed to training the right candidate from the ground up.
§ Languages: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential.
