Site Agent / Sub-Agent

Company Overview

Darwin Engineering Limited is a medium construction contractor in Hong Kong and is approved by the Development Bureau in Group "B" under "Roads & Drainage" category and "RGBC" in the Building Department.

Requirements

• Degree/ High Diploma / Higher Certificate in Civil Engineering discipline;
• Minimum 5 years practical site experience with Roads and Drainage Works;
• Familiar with government project is preferred;
• Self-motivated with strong communication and problem solving skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Job Duties
 

• To plan, organize, direct and coordinate all activities and resources in the construction site in accordance with the agreed methods;
• Responsible for managing and supervising the successful execution of works on site and liaising with senior project management for works implementation;
• To coordinate with the government sectors, utilities, consultants, contractors and suppliers or all stakeholders of progress of works.
• Less experience will be considered as Sub-Agent.
• Works in Kowloon & New Territories.
