System Analyst

 Responsibilities: 

• Conduct system analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of IT solutions
• Prepare functional and technical design documentation, as well as user manuals
• Monitor project and task schedules to ensure timely delivery of IT projects
• Research and propose modern IT solutions to enhance business processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365's (or other ERP system) implementation, development and customization
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. PowerApps, Power BI) is an advantage
• Proficiency in data management and analysis
• Strong in project management and communication with stakeholders
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Analytical thinking, good problem solving and debugging skills
• Self-motivated, dependable and schedule-oriented
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
