Assistant Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
• Manage the full spectrum of warehouse operations in compliance with KPI.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Logistics / Transportation / Supply Chain Management / Business Management or related disciplines.
• 5 years warehouse experience and at least 3 years management experinece.
• Excellent people management, planning and organization skills.
• Self-motivated with commitment to achieve extraordinary results.
• Strong Leadership, Communication and Problem-Solving skills.
• Good command of written English and Chinese.
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WMS.
• Candidate with more related experience and higher qualification will be considered for the post of Warehouse Manager.
