崗位職責

• 負責即時監控與管理各類IT基礎設施，包括:伺服器、網路設備、存儲系統、數據庫、中間件等，及時發現並解決潛在的故障隱患，保障業務系統穩定、高效運行，最大程度減少因基礎設施故障導致的業務中斷時間;
• 負責IT基礎設施的容量規劃與管理，定期對基礎設施的資源使用情況進行評估和分析，根據業務增長預測和實際需求，合理規劃和調配資源，確保基礎設施的性能和容量滿足業務發展的需要，避免資源浪費或不足的情況發生;
• 負責定期組織開展IT基礎設施的安全評估與審計工作，及時發現和整改安全性漏洞和隱患，確保公司的資訊安全管理工作符合國家相關法律法規、行業監管要求以及公司內部的安全標準。

崗位要求

• 本科及以上學歷，電腦料學與技術、信息與通信工程、網路工程等專業優先;
• 具有5年以上IT基礎設施管理相關工作經驗;
• 精通伺服器、網路、存儲、數據庫、中間件等IT基礎設施的規劃、部署、運維和管理，具備扎實的技術功底和豐富的實踐經驗;
• 掌握資訊安全技術和相關標準，熟悉網路安全防護體系的建設和管理，具備安全性漏洞檢測與修復、安全事件應急處理等能力;
• 持有思科CCIE、CCNP，微軟MCSE、VCP、RHCA等虛擬化認證，Linux系統相關認證，ITIL、CISP等認證優先;
• 中、英文語言能力及文字處理能力俱佳。
