Foreman

Job Duties:

1. Monitor site quality of work progress and workmanship on site, including materials handling and site coordination.
2. Liaise with sub-contractor for site coordination work.
3. Check on the construction drawings and notify workers for any updates.
4. Daily and weekly reporting.
5. Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Certificate/Diploma in Building Studies, Building services, interior fitting-out or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of solid experience in building construction/building maintenance.
3. With defect rectification experience.
4. T1 qualification is advantage.
5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
6. Independent, mature and good problem solving skill.
7. Candidate with Good communication and site meeting skills.
