Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams in achieving or exceeding sales targets and goals
- Handle and process internal/external customers' inquiries to ensure all requests are followed up timely and thoroughly
- Prepare and proceed quotation, sales orders, and related documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and factories for order processing and shipment arrangements
- Communicate production updates to Managers and customers on regular basis
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support or customer service, Export field is preferrable
- Well-organized, independent, and self-motivated
- Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Pleasant, polite with good presentation and communication skills
- Good Excel skill
