Senior Executive Officer / Executive Officer (New Business Initiatives)

We are currently seeking a bright, energetic individual to join our Chairman’s Office as Senior Executive Officer (New Business Initiatives). This position offers exposure to high-level decision-making and strategic planning, particularly in the medical service industry in Hong Kong, cross-border markets, and Mainland China. It also provides an exciting path for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide insights and recommendations to management;
• Gather relevant information and data to assist senior management in decision-making;
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally;
• Prepare draft replies for senior management’s perusal on various matters;
• Responsible for preparing press releases and bilingual corporate communications materials;
• Perform project management tasks, including developing business proposals and project plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
• Other duties prescribed by senior management, as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline;
• At least 5 years of solid experience in business-related projects, providing a strong foundation for the role;
• Experience in the medical industry is advantageous;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• High level of trustworthiness and discretion in handling confidential information;
• Ability to manage tasks and projects autonomously while collaborating with the team when needed;
• Willingness to travel to China when required;
• Immediate available is advantageous;
• Candidates with less experience but a strong potential background will be considered for Executive Officer positions.

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good time management skills, and attention to detail;
