Registered Safety Officer (E&M Projects)

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Safety Officer to oversee safety operations on our E&M project sites. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe working environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our engineering team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare safety documents (method statements, risk assessments, daily reports)
• Conduct regular site safety inspections to identify and correct hazards
• Monitor work practices and enforce safety rules; stop unsafe work when necessary
• Report and investigate accidents and near-misses; prepare incident reports
• Train workers on safe practices and lead toolbox talks
• Ensure compliance with HK safety laws; coordinate with project teams and inspectors

What You’ll Bring

• Officially registered Safety Officer (RSO) with HK Labour Department
• Diploma or above in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field (Cap. 59 compliant)
• 3–5 years’ experience in site safety supervision (E&M/building services preferred)
• Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
• First Aid Certificate or other safety-related training is a plus
• Good communication in Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English
• Able to lead safety briefings and promote safe site behaviour
