Building Services Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project operation, planning, supervision and site coordination.
• Establish submission schedule of drawings, technical data, material samples, monitor its status.
• Participate in working sessions with sub-contractors to resolve the conflicts, identify and expedite resolution of design problems.
• Perform site inspection to monitor the quality standard, progress requirement, and safety standard of the building services installation.
• Coordinate effectively with sub-contractors and other project stakeholders.

• Ensure all work complies with relevant statutory regulations and quality standards.
  

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years or above relevant experience in main contractor/sub-contractor.
• Solid knowledge of building services and relevant statutory regulations.
• Proven experience in Arch SD, EMSD, or government projects.
• Familiar with site progress monitoring and on-site co-ordination with sub-contractors.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AUTOCAD.
• Knowledge of BIM would be a plus.
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred.
