Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and serving drinks/coffee
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar updates
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain the reception area and office supplies
- Support administrative tasks and emailing
Any other ad hoc task
Qualifications:
- Experience in operating coffee machine will be an advantage
- Basic clerical work; computer knowledge, fluent mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
