Responsibilities:
- Daily clinic operation 負責一般診所日常運作
- Provide high standard customer service and hospitality to clients 負責一般病人登記接待工作
- Assist physiotherapists and Rehab therapist to deliver consultations and services 協助物理治療師進行治療及診症
- Duty and roster arrangement and book marking 預約及處理電話查詢
- Set up and prepare equipment to ensure clean, tidy and hygienic environment 清潔及消毒器具及保持診所衛生等工作
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must 能操流利廣東話、良好英文及普通話
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing 具電腦操作知識,懂中文打字
- Pleasant, well organized, customer-oriented and willing to learn 勤奮有禮, 積極, 上進
- Excellent communication skills ; Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills 具良好溝通技巧及顧客服務態度;與顧客保持良好的關係
- Friendly and professional phone and email manner 良好電話及電郵溝通禮儀
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule
- Fresh fresh graduate are welcome
Package:
- Work at Sai Kung , Part Time
- Sai Kung(Tue & Thur, 8am-6pm, Sat 8am-3pm )
- With on-the-job training 在職培訓
- Salary depends on experience and qualifications
