Graphic & UI/UX Designer

Experience

• Proven working experiences in design for 3 years or above. Degree holder (or above) in design/ visual art related discipline or equivalent.
• Familiar with design software and technologies such as Photoshop (PS) and Adobe Illustrator (Ai). Knowledgeable in digital illustration, Sketch and AE is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in multimedia design including but not only video clips and graphic design.
• Have a keen eye for aesthetics and strong sense on design creativity.
• Be careful and details oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoy team-working.
• Able to handle Ad-hoc tasks for design when necessary.

Languages

Chinese, Mandarin and English

 Computer Skills

Microsoft Office, Sketch, Photoshop (PS) and Adobe Illustrator (Ai). Knowledgeable in digital illustration and AE is a plus.

 Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the graphic design duties mainly related to promotional design. Assist UI/UX team to develop high fidelity prototype is also required when necessary.
• Be sensitive and knowledgeable to e-finance/ digital banking industry and the related financial/ banking products to develop design materials.
• Pay attention to users’ and customer’s feedback and data to understand the design trend for the development/ optimization of design materials.
• Follow up design projects with providing related specifications on design materials. Work with IT developers when necessary.
• Work based on the internal design guidelines provided by the team.
• Communicate with user for the design requirements and project/ product features. Provide professional suggestions for the design layout based on the copywriting/ content from user.
• Discuss and evaluate the lead time and schedule with users for the design project and complete the project on time.
• Provide recommendations for existing working process to enhance working efficiency.
