Mission
Drive high-value watch acquisitions, consignments, and private sales while building a discreet, trust-based network of HNW clients and reliable supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and manage private client relationships; advise on collection goals and pricing.
• Source target references to brief (timeframe, condition, budget); lead offers and terms.
• Coordinate consignment/intake, authentication, paperwork, and handover with internal teams.
• Produce concise market notes on liquidity and pricing trends (methodology not disclosed).
• Uphold brand reputation through professionalism, confidentiality, and white-glove service.

Requirements

• Proven ability to price references by condition, set, year, and market liquidity. Proven experience in luxury watches (Rolex/PP/AP/RM) with sharp price sense.
• Strong HNW communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Integrity, discretion and loyal to company
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; watchmaking/appraisal credentials a plus.

KPIs

• GMV & gross margin contribution; Sale conversion.
• Time-to-source for priority requests; repeat & referral rate.
