Quantity Surveying Assistant Team Leader / Team Leader (MHKIS Required)

Available Roles:

• Assistant Team Leader (Minimum 3 Years of Related Experience: MHKIS Required)
• Team Leader (Minimum 6 Years of Related Experience: MHKIS Required)

Role Description:

• Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow
• Preparation of tender documentation
• Tendering process and tender evaluation
• Post-contract administration and management – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report
• Finalization of project final accounts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 3 to 10 years of related experience in Quantity Surveying
• With technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
• Candidates with pre-contract experience and consultancy background will have advantage
• Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
• Able to work as a team player
• Ability to communicate clearly in both spoken and written English
• Ability to communicate clearly in spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
