Customer Service Executive

職位描述

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints daily
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure proper and efficient shipment handling
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers
  • Track and update overseas shipment status
  • Take part in shipment import, warehouse inbound and dispatches
  • Supervise the inventory database and process data entry in the warehouse system
  • Prepare monthly billing to customers
  • Provide back-up support to teammates

Job Requirements

  • DSE or above, fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Experienced in Supply Chain Management is a plus
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Energetic, good team player, proactive and self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Immediate available is preferred
