Must hold Hong Kong permanent residency.(A slightly younger individual)
1、Fluent in English(advanced business communication & documentation skills required; Must have overseas study experience ).
​2、Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin (to support local affairs coordination).​​
3、Minimum 1 year of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
​4、No formal education required, but must demonstrate expertise in administrative support or household management.
5、Experience in cross-border travel arrangements​(e.g., visa applications, flight/hotel bookings, itinerary planning).
6、Willingness to accompany the employer on international trips (approximately 20% travel expected).
​7、High integrity, responsibility, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
8、Strong adaptability and commitment to long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities​​
1、Comprehensive Administrative Support​​
2、Manage daily documentation (filing, drafting correspondence) and calendar scheduling.
3、Coordinate meetings and liaise with external stakeholders.
4、End-to-End Travel Management​​(Overseas business trips must be accepted)
5、Plan and execute seamless travel logistics, including:Visa processing and embassy coordination.
6、Flight/hotel reservations aligned with employer preferences.
7、Real-time itinerary adjustments during trips.
8、Household & Family Affairs Coordination​​
9、Oversee family-related tasks (e.g., children’s education schedules, private event planning).
10、Maintain strict confidentiality in all personal matters.
11、Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the employer with efficiency.

Working Hours:Monday to Friday:Eight hours of work per day, with rotating shifts. (fixed schedule with occasional flexibility based on employer’s needs).
