Assistant Quantity Surveying Manager

Responsibilities

• Assisting Senior Management to handle project audit, project contractual/commercial supports and management
• Lead QS team and in charge the contract administrative and commercial aspects of assigned projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in QS or related disciplines, with professional qualification in HKIS / RICS or equivalent
• Min. 3 years at senior QS level (with experience gained from a main contractor is an advantage)
• Experience in NEC contracts is advantageous
• Excellent knowledge on QS practice, contract administration, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong commercial sense, independent working, dynamic thinking
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
