Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with client's documents
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR+ Administration Department
- Cross-checking employee's leave balance
- Arrange part-time staff working schedules for clerical support
- Maintain and manage office supplies and equipment
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Relevant experience is an advantage
- Good command of Cantonese and English (spoken, written, and typing)
- Good interpersonal skills, detail-minded, patient, and a team player
- General PC knowledge of MS Office (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese word processing)
