Sales Representative - Real Estate Management Solution

Absolute Pure Envirosci Limited specializes in biomedical and biochemical products, pet care solutions, and innovative research. We are currently seeking proactive, high-calibre individuals to join us as Sales Representatives, focusing on promoting our advanced technological products to real estate management companies for water disinfection and malodour removal in flushing systems, waterscapes and water features, HVAC systems, swimming pools, confined spaces and other applicable areas within estates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities with real estate management companies such as property developers, building management firms, estate managers, stake holders around property management or government tender projects.
• Promote and sell advanced technological disinfectant products for water disinfection and malodour removal in flushing system, water features and waterscapes, HVAC systems, swimming pools, confined spaces, and other applicable areas within estates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the property management sector to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Provide tailored solutions to clients, demonstrating the benefits of our technological products for maintaining clean and safe environments.
• Conduct regular site visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure favourable terms.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and prepare detailed sales reports for management.
• Participate in industry-related events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the property management or real estate sector.
• Existing connections with real estate management companies are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of property management operations and decision-making processes.
• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
