Senior Associate (Corporate Finance)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our growing team at 4X Technology Limited. This full-time role is based in our Causeway Bay Wan Chai District office and will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial accounting and reporting services to support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

Daily Accounting Operations: Managing and overseeing the day-to-day accounting tasks. This includes things like processing transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

• Full Set of Accounts: Handling all aspects of a company's financial accounts, from the general ledger to financial statements.

• Pre-IPO Due Diligence: Conducting a detailed investigation and analysis to prepare a company for an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

• Tax Advisory Services: Providing advice on tax-related matters, ensuring compliance, and helping to optimize tax strategies.

• Ad-hoc Projects:Working with management on various projects and assignments as needed. 

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or other related disciplines (Professional qualification such as CPA/ CFA);
• At least 5 years’ working experience in corporate finance, financial advisory or auditing experience;
• Experience in auditing HK/ PRC listed companies; familiar with HK listing rules and HKFRSs will be an advantage;
• Good communication, project management and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and with the flexibility to adapt with change;

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus.
