We’re hiring a Developer (1+ year experience)

We’re building a variety of digital products and are looking for a developer who’s excited to take part. Whether it’s a mobile app, a gamified experience, or a touchscreen kiosk solution, every project is a team effort — so if you enjoy working together, reviewing code, and writing your own, we think you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do:

• 🧑‍💻 Build and maintain applications across mobile, web, and touchscreen kiosk platforms
• 🎮 Contribute to projects ranging from system tools and informational sites to interactive and gamified experiences
• 🛠 Set up and deploy server environments
• 🏗️ Take part in on-site setup for hardware and software at events or public venues when needed
• 🤝 Collaborate with teammates through Git and pull requests
• 🔍 Review code and contribute to team-wide coding standards
• 🧪 Experiment with new technologies — whether it’s a new framework, a programming language, or a technical proof of concept

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in web or mobile development
• Comfortable with React, React Native, or Next.js
• Solid understanding of Git and version control workflows
• Familiar with working in a team and doing code reviews
• Good written and reading skills in English
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Able to leverage AI tools smartly to improve development efficiency, code quality, and problem-solving

Nice to have:

• Experience with server setup on AWS via infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
• Familiarity with backend or API development
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles when collaborating with designers
• Experience with deployment tools, Linux command lines, or CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of testing tools or practices
• Experience working with third-party APIs and SDK integrations
