Job Duties
- Assist in daily procurement duties such as order processing, tender invitation etc.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with emails;
- Provide document processing support on procurement procedures and answer staff’s queries;
- Manage venue booking and follow-up on the logistics;
- Maintain school inventory of new equipment, disposals and collections of redundant stock;
- Carry out other duties assigned by the school or the supervisor(s).
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline;
- Possess at least two years of relevant working experience in procurement will be an advantage;
- Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Be cheerful, positive and self-motivated;
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
