Software Product Analyst.

What You'll Do :

• Assist the Product Owner in preparing detailed user requirements and stories, in consideration of the product roadmap and sprint capacity

• Define and prepare business specification, test cases and support business testing

• Work with business users, product owners and IT teams to gather business requirements and perform business analysis

• Act as a liaison between the development team and various stakeholders

• Maintain product backlog in JIRA and monitor the progress via daily scrum meetings

• Participate in the development process including requirement gathering, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.

• Propose, review business requirements and ensure they align with global standards

• Answer user queries in timely manner

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with 1-2 years experiences in web-based application development

• Graduates of Industrial / System Engineering / Management / IT or other related disciplines are preferred

• Knowledge of general web applications and learning management systems

• Knowledge in software testing process and methodology, and System Development Life Cycle is an advantage

• Experience of web and mobile software testing using Jira and Confluence is an advantage

• A team player with good interpersonal skills

• Strong communication ability, preferably in both English and Chinese

• Able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment

• Job may require travel abroad

• Fresh graduates are welcome
