DIGITAL COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of digital initiatives across platforms such as mobile apps and AI solutions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications, process descriptions, and use cases
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test activities and documenting outcomes
• Assist in Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure deliverables meet expected standards
• Liaise with Customer Service (CS) teams to ensure smooth rollout and user support
• Track project progress and maintain documentation repositories for version control and accessibility
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital project coordination or support roles
• Familiarity with digital project workflows and lifecycle stages
• With Digital knowledge in AI, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), ERP (D365, SAP), Mobile App, Digital Twin, etc… is an advantage
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
