Head of Programme / Senior Program & Project Officer (Fire Engineering)

Duties:

• Take ownership of the designated program and be responsible for program quality

• Execute to achieve pre-set goals and explore ways to improve

• Supervise subordinates and part-time lecturers

• Contribute to and support program development, market research, and marketing activities

• Build business networks and partnerships with professional organizations and institutes

Requirements:

• Sub-degree or above in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or Communications

• A minimum of 6 years of working experience, preferably 3 years of relevant experience in academic program management, sales and marketing, and business networking

• Possession of local and/or non-local adult education or higher education experience is an advantage

• Knowledge in industry practices within the fields of Engineering, particularly in Fire Engineering would be an asset

• Result-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels

• Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and patient

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin

• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
