To facilitate our increasing customer base, we are looking for a professional and customer-centric individual to join our growing team and help us as we continue to deliver the best service and experience to our customers.
About the Role
- Handle and resolve customer queries through digital channels (livechat, email, and whatsapp) in a timely, efficient & professional manner
- Liaise and collaborate with other related business units to resolve customer queries
- Actively share insurance domain knowledge & unbiased advice with customers (non-sales role)
- Provide daily support to supervisor and participate in ad hoc projects.
- HKCEE/DSE or above, with at least 1-year experience in service industry and customer service preferred
- Interested in developing a career in the insurance industry
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- IIQE licenses added advantage but not a must (can complete after joining)
- Pleasant, mature, independent, and able to work under pressure
- Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
- Fresh grads are welcome
