Cross-border Logistic Manager / Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cross-border logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify, manage and foster strong relationships with partners/forwarders and carriers across APAC region.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and analyze logistic performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvements, and execute improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with international and local shipping regulations, tax/custom requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (at least 5 years) and strong track record of navigating cross-border logistics, ideally across different countries in APAC region.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Good command in both English and Chinese.
