PR & Marketing Executive / Asst. PR & Marketing Manager

In order to cope our business growth, we are looking for talents who are passionate about beauty industry 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
• Plan and implement creative and impactful promotional campaigns, including event management, media relations, and social media marketing.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate and oversee advertising, PR, and marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
• Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Content writing and management for visual materials for PR & Marketing campaigns, including website, social media posts and printouts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a PR & Marketing Manager or in a similar role within the personal care & beauty (skincare, cosmetic, H\hair & scalp care) industry.
• Strong knowledge of PR and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proficient in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong relationships with KOLs or PR agencies would be an advantage.
