· Achieve annual sales target set by the Academy management measured by total revenue.
· Plan, implement, and execute the sales plan for the academy.
· Acquire and penetrate HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals) through strategic sales approaches.
· Maintain strategic synergy with corporate partners at the executive level and across organizations.
· Research, identify, and capitalize on market opportunities.
· Implement sound sales management practices and follow-up processes to identify opportunities for corporate sales campaigns, products, and distribution channels.
· Prepare regular sales activity reports and actively contribute to the business plan preparation.
· Develop and implement a highly effective patron engagement strategy that drives patron enquiries, reservations, spending, and repeat visits to achieve the Academy's business objectives.
· Manage contact strategies with patrons and create a unique experience journey based on insights and preferences.
· Develop and nurture loyalty with patrons, with a focus on VIPs.
Requirements
· Degree holder or above in Business Administration/ Retails/ Sales experience.
· 10+ years experience including minimum of 5 years in managerial capacity in client development or consultative sales roles from relevant industries.
· Strong sales and strategic planning skills.
· Experience in establishing working relationships with senior executives and other leaders of organizations.
· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an advantage.
· Highly motivated and independent achiever, with outstanding communication skills.
· Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager - Admissions Development.
