- Operation and Maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical and Other Installations for Municipal Venues in Sai Kung District and Tai Po North District under EMSD Contract No. 2113EM20T.

Requirements 要求:
- A Diploma or Higher Certificate in in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent, and
電機工程或屋宇設備工程文憑或高級證書或同等學歷，及
- At least 5 years practical working experience in operation, installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical/air-conditioning/plumbing installations, and
至少5年機電/空調/水管裝置的操作、安裝和維修實際工作經驗，及
- Holder of (1) a REW under the Category of Grade B electrical work or above, (2) a Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate under Section 6BA(2) of the F&IU Ordinance, and (3) a Construction Workers Registration Card; and
持有(1)電力工程乙級或以上類別的註冊電業工程人員、(2)《工廠及工業經營條例6BA(2)條》的建造業安全訓練證書，及(3)建造業工人註冊證；及
- A Certificate in Safety and Health for Supervisors (Construction), if available first priority; and
安全健康督導員（建造業）證書 (如有優先)；及
- Basic computer knowledge such as MS Word and MS Excel
