Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

1.       Prepare tender and contractual documents.

2.       Prepare measurement, cost estimation, and variation orders for projects.

Job Requirements:

1.       High Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies / Building Services.

2.       Experience in Quantity Surveyor for Plumbing and drainage works.

3.       Possess a recognized professional membership of relevant institution is an advantage.

4.       Self-motivated and able to work independently.

5.       Good interpersonal and communication skills.

6.       Good command of both written English & Chinese.

7.       Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
