Sales Representative

About the role

As a Sales Representative at Nippon Paint (HK) Company Limited, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. In this full-time position based in Tsuen Wan District, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business

• Provide expert advice and technical support to customers, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their needs

• Coordinate with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Accurately forecast sales and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitor information

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the paint or coatings industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively negotiate with customers

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions

• Proficient in handling customer information and sales data

• Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience

• Fresh graduates are welcomed 

• Fluency in Cantonese is essential
