Project Manager (Macau)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for costing and budgeting control, monitoring and managing the progress and quality of the project
• Leading the project team for the execution of the project within budget & time frame and meet with quality requirements
• Liaising with client, consultants, sub-contractors and other related trades to execute the project management

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Construction Management /Building Studies related disciplines
• At least 15 years’ experience in construction, decoration or fitting out projects, of which at least 5 years in managerial level
• Previous exposure to hotel and casino fitting out projects of Macau as added advantage
• Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability with good communications and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Station in Macau, candidate with Macau ID a definite advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
