Account Manager - China Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead to develop and manage social media campaigns for corporate clients to enter the Mainland China market
• Provide holistic advice on Chinese digital marketing landscape and strategies to clients so as to meet and exceed client’s marketing objective
• Lead Hong Kong & China team in preparing digital campaign proposals and presentation
• Manage social media platforms including WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book and Douyin and review campaign ROI
• Analyze and provide recommendations to optimize campaign performance
• Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients and well manage client’s expectations
• Maintain effective coordination with all parties, attend presentations and review meetings upon request
• Conduct research on industry trends and up-to-date Chinese social media landscape
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, New Media, Communication, Public Relations or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing in China and agency side
• Experience in marketing brands in China
• Extensive knowledge of the Chinese social media and digital channels landscape and trends
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership with strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Strong numeric and analytical skills, ability to draw insights and determine strategies out of research data
• Good business sense, target-oriented and strong client engagement
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver results
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (both spoken and written)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
• Immediate available preferred
