We are seeking a creative and skilled Part-Time Graphic Designer with knowledge of e-commerce to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with Bimbo Concept’s brand identity and enhance our online and offline presence. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and family-oriented aesthetics to engage our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop eye-catching graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, and promotional content tailored to our family-oriented audience.
• E-Commerce Support: Design and optimize product images, landing pages, and other visuals for our e-commerce platform to enhance user experience and drive sales.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Bimbo Concept’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional look across all channels.
• Social Media Content: Create engaging visuals for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels to promote products, events, and playroom activities.
• Print Materials: Design offline materials such as in-store signage, flyers, posters, and packaging that reflect our playful and family-friendly brand.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and execute campaigns that resonate with families in Hong Kong.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of digital assets for easy access and future use.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing work in e-commerce and family-oriented or retail brands.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and best practices for optimizing visuals for online stores.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media and email campaign design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across various mediums.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs for families and children.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a small, dynamic team.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong’s retail and family market is a plus.

Requirements

• Availability to work part-time (approximately 15–20 hours per week), with flexibility for occasional project-based deadlines.
• Ability to work both remotely and on-site in Hong Kong as needed.
• Diploma or degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
