Provide full support to the sales team as daily routine

Responsible for sales related documents and documents filing

Assist in the preparation of presentation materials

Liaise with internal and external parties throughout the workflow to ensure smooth operation

Monitor the team's progress and liaise with customers for order follow-up

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:

Diploma or above, with at least 1-year of related working experience

Proficiency in MS Office and word processing

Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently

Immediate available would be an advantage
