Responsibilities
- Provide the highest standard customer service to our guests.
- Handle all kinds of reservations, including email, phone booking & walk-in, seats arrangement.
- Assist to ensure a smooth operation within the restaurant.
- Ad hoc support that assigned by Operations Manager.
Requirements
- 1 year or above Restaurant Receptionist related experience in F&B industry
- Good command of Chinese & English
- Experience in handling walk in customers / booking is surely an advantage.
- Clear mindset and detail minded
- Applicants with less experience would also be considered
- Immediate Available is an advantage

正宗西班牙小酒館Rustico於2014年開業，供應別出心裁且帶有時尚元素的經典加泰羅尼亞菜式。位於荔枝角的Rustico佔地2,000平方尺，能容納80位食客。餐廳設計帶傳統西班牙風味，充滿懷舊感的紅磚牆，以流動的荔枝角街景作背景，讓食客猶如置身西班牙一樣的用餐體驗。由西班牙籍行政總廚Carlos Salvador Asensio帶領，炮製一系列地道的伴酒小食，為食客呈獻色香味俱全的創新西班牙式佳餚。
