We’re seeking a Web Designer to join our Dedicated Digital Team, supporting one of the largest e-Commerce service units for a top-tier enterprise client. This is your opportunity to grow in a leading interactive agency where your ideas are valued, and your creativity drives real results.

What You'll Do

• Design engaging and user-friendly digital assets: landing pages, banners, eDM templates, social media ads and website layouts.
• Create in-store promotional visuals: POPs, shop signage, videos, window stickers and more.
• Develop printed materials: ads, leaflets, coupons, and outdoor advertising.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Maintain and update design assets, templates, and style guides.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Perform photo editing and retouching for digital platforms.
• Optimize images for web use.
• Apply HTML/CSS for design updates to websites and email templates.
• Manage and update content via CMS platforms.
• Ensure responsive design across devices and screen sizes.
• Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all designs meet standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver).
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS; basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
• A keen eye for detail and excellent visual design skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• This is a full-time onsite role at the client’s office.
