Web Creative Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly websites to ensure a good user experience
• Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize designs
• Create compelling visual content for social media campaigns to enhance brand influence
• Design advertisements, posters, and other marketing materials to support brand promotion
• Collaborate closely with the development team and marketing team to ensure designs align with brand identity
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a creative edge

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in design or art
• Over 2 years of experience in web design and UI/UX design
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles and ability to create layouts that adapt to different devices
• Proficient in design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media content creation
• Excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork
• Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in social media marketing and advertisement design is preferred
• Understanding of SEO and best practices for web optimization
• Experience in the tourism industry is preferred
