Warehouse Manager

Overview

Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Hong Kong. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient management of inventory and logistics, supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality womenswear

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse and transportation operations, ensuring efficient and accurate receiving, sorting, packaging, and shipping processes.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels; implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies.
• Supervise and lead warehouse and transportation staff, monitor productivity, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation and delivery processes; manage incoming and outgoing shipments across the regions between HK, Macau, Singapore and Taiwan.
• Spearhead crisis management protocols for abnormal inventory fluctuations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational efficiency for senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Proven experience in data-driven stock optimization, demand forecasting, end-to-end shipment coordination and regional rotations.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with high accuracy and urgency.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control tools.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse and transportation management is a must.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and develop existing team members.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Mandarin is an advantage
