Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary

The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics activities. This position ensures accurate inventory records and timely order fulfillment across all sales channels while maintaining cost-effective shipping solutions. The role leads a small team and collaborates with other departments to support company growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records across all locations
• Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stocktakes
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Work with teams to make accurate inventory forecasts
• Serve as the primary expert for the inventory management system
• Collaborate with IT and vendor for system improvements

2. Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

3. Order Fulfillment

• Oversee order processing for all channels (online, retail stores, B2B)
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders
• Monitor and improve order accuracy and fulfillment speed

4. Shipping & Logistics

• Manage relationships with shipping carriers
• Negotiate shipping rates and service agreements
• Develop cost-effective delivery solutions
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics

5. Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work with sales & marketing teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce slow-moving stock
• Coordinate with marketing team for timely delivery of POS materials
• Support new store openings, pop-ups, and promotional events
• Assist with new business initiatives and special projects

SPECIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years experience in warehouse and logistics preferably in retail, beauty, or consumer goods
• Proficiency with inventory management systems
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations
• Experience managing carrier relationships and multi-channel fulfillment
• High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a willingness to be hands-on

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
