As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to join our team and help us optimize our supply chain operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.

• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and courier services to ensure timely deliveries.

• Manage stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and handle any discrepancies.

• Process incoming shipments, verify product quality, and maintain accurate records.

• Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.

• Handle return and exchange processes while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Assist in developing logistics strategies to improve delivery speed and cost efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure workplace safety.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management (e-commerce experience is a plus).

• Familiarity with inventory management software and logistics platforms.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin preferred).

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, ERP systems).

• Physically fit to handle warehouse duties as needed.
